Antonia is a founding Partner of MHBC which was established in early 2007.  MHBC, as the new LLP is known, is a new breed of ‘multi-skilled’ Building Consultancy with a core of highly experienced Chartered Building Surveyors and qualified Architects, Building Services Engineers and Project Mangers. As a business, MHBC is extensively active in the procurement and handling of building contract work on both refurbishment and new build projects, both in the capacity of Designer and/or Contract Administrator, and as overall Project Managers. Antonia is  particularly active in the building and project diligence, building pathology and expert witness sectors of the industry.

Antonia started her working life at Mellersh & Harding in St James’s, London in 1975 as a trainee Surveyor, and became a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1981, being elected to Fellow ( FRICS ) in 1987. She became a Partner at Mellersh & Harding in 1985, at the age of 28. She left Mellersh & Harding in 2007 with Andrew Webster to establish MHBC.
