Antonia Belcher started her working life at Mellersh & Harding in 1975 as a Trainee Surveyor and became a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1981, being elected to Fellow in 1995. She became a Partner at Mellersh & Harding in 1985. e

In early 2007, Antonia formed a specialist Building Consultancy with another equity Building Surveying Partner at Mellersh & Harding. This has seen the former Building Consultancy operations of Mellersh & Harding coming together as a separate financially independent business, now known as MHBC LLP, based at St Paul’s Churchyard, offering full Consultancy Services to existing Mellersh & Harding Clients and new alike.

Having been a Partner in an established firm of Chartered (Consultant) Surveyors she sees it as crucial to successfully integrate all related skills in order to provide the most appropriate advice and guidance to customers and public alike.
