Richard Carter, BSc (Hons), MRICS

On leaving school at sixteen, Richard became a trainee with the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust, working for a firm of Building Surveyors in Greenwich. He gained his degree at the University of Greenwich in 1999 becoming Chartered in 2001. He has continued with his studies, gaining an MSc in Project Management in 2005 and is currently preparing his application for Fellowship to the RICS.

Richard joined Martin Associates as an Associate Partner in October 2001, subsequently being appointed Partner.

Richard is an avid supporter of Milwall F.C and lives in Greenwich with his wife, Sonia and their son, Drew.
