Recruitment process

 

All applicants who apply to the Trust are subjected to rigorous recruitment procedures to ensure high quality applicants.


The process is comprised of:

  • Stage 1 – Application form
  • Stage 2 – Applicant assessment day
  • Stage 3 – Interview with the Trust
  • Stage 4 – Applicant interview training
  • Stage 5 – Interview with potential employers
