Recruitment process
All applicants who apply to the Trust are subjected to rigorous recruitment procedures to ensure high quality applicants.
The process is comprised of:
- Stage 1 – Application form
- Stage 2 – Applicant assessment day
- Stage 3 – Interview with the Trust
- Stage 4 – Applicant interview training
- Stage 5 – Interview with potential employers
