Costs

For an annual fee of £5,000 per trainee employers receive the following:

• Dedicated trainee educational support (regular trainee review meetings)
• Dedicated pastoral support (coaching, counselling & mentoring)
• Payment of trainee’s college and university course fees
  

In addition, the employer pays a training salary which varies depending on trainee experience and qualification. Average starting salaries for a GCSE candidate commence at £11,000 per annum increasing as they progress with the training programme.
