Kevin Arnold BSc (Hons) MRICS

Kevin graduated with a degree in Quantity Surveying in 1988 and became chartered in 1990. In 1992 he founded a quantity surveying and real estate consultancy called Davidson Arnold. In 1994 Kevin became an executive director of TP Associates where he was part of a successful strategy to grow the business and achieve service stream diversification.

In 1996 Kevin was appointed as a partner with Franklin+Andrews and became an equity owner within his first year at the Firm. At the age of 32 he ran the London office and at 35 became the Managing Director of the business which had 450 people and a fee turnover of over £32million.

In 2003 Kevin joined Gardiner & Theobald LLP where he is an equity partner.
