Recruitment process

 

To be eligible for the Trust programme:

  • You have or are expected to gain four GCSE’s (this must include grades A-C in English, Maths and Science)

  • You are aged 16-24 years of age
  • Live in the Greater London area

  • You are eligible to live, work and remain in the UK

Our recruitment process is comprised of five stages:

  • Stage 1 – Submission of Application form

  • Stage 2 – Applicant Assessment day held in London

  • Stage 3 – Interview with the Trust

  • Stage 4 – Interview training

  • Stage 5 – Interview with potential employers

 

Whilst the Trust endeavours to place all successful applicants we cannot guarantee placements; the final decision lies with the employer and therefore we would advise all applicants to consider other career options in conjunction with their application to the Trust.
