Roger Southam BSc (Hons) FRICS

Roger Southam founded Chainbow in 1989, initially specialising in shopping centre asset management. Chainbow has since entered the residential management market, committed to serving the needs of owners, occupiers and freeholders and has over 1,200 units under management.

Roger has had an active role in the RICS and sits on committees for the BPF. He is also a member of the HM Revenue & Customs advisory board on reducing the tax administration burden on British business.

Roger is Chairman of the Chartered Surveyors Training Trust (CSTT), and a member of the Property Board of Asset Skills. He is a neuro linguistic programming (NLP) business master practitioner and a high performance coach.
