Katherine’s background is in Construction, specialising in Learning and Development. Katherine joined the CSTT team from The Bowles Rocks Trust where she was a Director of Learning and Development. Katherine previously worked for The BAA Group in a wide a variety of roles in the Construction sector. In addition to looking after the CSTT, Katherine is currently the independent chair of the Town and Country Housing Group Residents Scrutiny Panel.
After a brief start in the Food Industry developing instant custard, Kirsti realised that teaching would provide her with a more meaningful career.
With over 25 years in the Further Education sector, Kirsti has specialised in the more commercial and employer-facing side of the business. She has many years of experience, leading and managing Apprenticeship provision and this remains her passion.
Louise has worked in the recruitment industry for 25 years working with corporate and SME companies. Her last role was for a specialized recruitment agency within the chemical industry and she joined CSTT in January 2014.
Since then, Louise has seen CSTT grow significantly in the last few years. Passionate about working with young people starting out on their career, this has been a huge inspiration to Louise and she works with the staff to continue this culture.
Following an initial career in international marketing, Debi started working in Education in 2003. She has project managed widening participation projects in education charities and Higher Education, and has over 5 years’ experience in Apprenticeship contract management in the Further Education sector. At the end of 2016 she was looking for a role within a small and innovative education charity with heart and was happy to join the CSTT team.
Paul joined CSTT in September 2016 with experience of working in the apprenticeship departments of several Further Education Colleges in London for over 20 years. Paul has previously been an apprenticeship assessor as well as getting involved with overseeing the apprenticeship recruitment process and providing ongoing going support to ensure successful achievement of the apprenticeship programme.
Sarika started at CSTT in June 2016, and previous to this, worked at the Skills Funding Agency dealing with apprenticeship vacancies so has been working in the field since March 2013.
Sarika brings with her a vast amount of experience having dealt with over 250 providers alongside some big employers assisting them and their learners through the apprenticeship journey.
Jenny joined CSTT in September 2016. Her role as an Apprentice Coordinator is to support and coach students throughout their Apprenticeship.
She brings a lot of training experience to the team including one to one coaching, as well as leading group training exercises. Building strong rapports with people, helping others by offering guidance, support and watching them grow is what she is most passionate about.
Leanne joined the CSTT at the start of 2017 with a background in marketing for a Further Education College. Whilst there, she moved into a new role and was involved heavily in apprenticeship recruitment and selection, liaising with both the employers and apprentices to oversee the process.
She now works in the CSTT team as an apprenticeship co-ordinator based in the London office, but enjoys having the opportunity to go and meet the apprentices in their progress reviews.
Sadie has had a wide and varied career and joined CSTT in August 2013 initially as a part time administrator. Sadie’s role has developed over the years as CSTT has expanded and she now continues to offer recruitment support as well as being an Apprenticeship Coordinator primarily for the South West region.
Sadie is passionate about helping young people fulfil their potential; she is dedicated to CSTT’s apprenticeship programme and the fantastic opportunities this provides.
Alison is based in North Yorkshire & is known as our “Northern Correspondent “. She looks after apprentices in the North East from Leeds to Newcastle.
Alison has worked in education for over 20 years. She was previously employed in schools working with children of all ages and abilities, while also helping children with varying special needs.
Paul’s background has mainly been IT, working 19 years for Reed Elsevier supporting their Data and Voice Communication networks before taking a total career change in buying a Pub Restaurant. Since then Paul has worked in the Financial Services sector with Fidelity Investments and also worked in a number of admin support roles in various industries.
Paul joined CSTT in January 2016 to assist in supporting the Trailblazer apprenticeships for both diploma and degree programmes in surveying.
Candida started working with CSTT in January 2017, following a long and varied career in the Civil Service and educational establishments in Brighton. She provides administrative support to the team, ensuring that invoices are paid on time and that the service we provide runs as smoothly as possible.
To Candida, CSTT feels like a family run business with strong values where all the team passionately believe in the work that they do.
Callum is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry ; he has worked for a wide variety of construction organisations including contractors, consultants and a major airport client group. Callum has worked for over 10 years with CSTT both as an Assessor and Internal Verifier.
