We are proud to announce the My Environment My Future (MEMF) schools programme is one of the most recent additions to the Careers and Enterprise Company (CEC) Resource Directory.
The Resource Directory is curated with
the highest quality careers resources to help support schools and colleges to
deliver world-class careers education, therefore this recognition from CEC is a
fantastic achievement for CSTT Team.
The CEC exists to
facilitate a world-class careers education, inspiring and preparing young
people for the world of work through resources and a network of Career Leaders.
This collaboration will allow MEMF to extend its reach into schools across the
UK and to continually increase the number of schools involved. We are excited
to begin to engage with the CEC Career Leaders to help promote MEMF programme
to new schools and help to inspire and inform more young people of the career
opportunities available within the Built Environment through the GCSE geography
curriculum, whilst also helping schools to achieve the Gatsby Career Benchmarks
4, 5 & 6.
The CEC and CSTT’s core values are
closely aligned, with both organisations believing that every young person
deserves the best possible start to their working life; to choose their path
and fulfil their potential and consequently we look forward to further
collaborations in the future.
